Travel Bucket ListHere is my travel bucket list! It is pretty extensive and I will continuously add on onto it and cross things off as I do them. The bucket list is in no particular order…except maybe the first 4  🙂

  1. Visit New Zealand – DONE! February 2017the Shire bucket list new zealand
  2. See spots where they filmed Lord of the Rings – DONE! February 2017
  3. Go to Greece
  4. Live abroad – DONE!  2010 Paris; 2011-2012 in Lyon, 2012-2015 Hong Kong
  5. Visit the Great Wall of China – DONE! May 2014
  6. Go on a Safari in Africa
  7. Visit the pyramids
  8. Go up the Eiffel Tower – DONE! July 2006 and July 2012
  9. See the Statue of Liberty – DONE! December 2017
  10. See the Cherry Blossoms in Japan – DONE! April 2015
  11. Attend the Olympics
  12. Live in Paris –  DONE! 2010Bucket List Statue of Liberty
  13. Learn another language – DONE! Learned French in high school through college.
  14. Hike the Inca trail
  15. Visit the Galapagos
  16. Fly a class other than economy! (a girl can dream!) – DONE! July 2015 got Business class from Chicago to Tokyo!
  17. Go on a helicopter – almost in 2017
  18. Ride in a tuk tuk – DONE! April 2013 in Thailand
  19. Ride a hot air balloon (hopefully in Myanmar)Eiffel Tower Bucket List
  20. Ride a motorbike – DONE! February 2016 in Colombia
  21.  Visit NYC and go to a show on Broadway – DONE! 3 shows in December 2015
  22. Experience the salt flats of Bolivia
  23. Swim with dolphins – DONE! February 2017 in New Zealand
  24. See the Moai (giant heads) at Easter Island
  25. Go on an Alaskan cruise
  26. Learn how to Scuba Dive
  27. Visit Angkor Wat

  29. Play with elephants – DONE! April 2013 and April 2014 in Thailand
  30. Stay in a villa over the ocean (like in Tahiti or Bora Bora!)
  31. Bungee jump OR go sky diving – DONE! February 2017 bungee
  32. Hike a glacier – almost, our heli-hike at Franz Josef Glacier got canceled 🙁
  33. Get in a shark cage (maybe)
  34. Travel solo –  DONE! May 2014
  35. Snorkel the Great Barrier Reef
  36. See the Grand Canyon

  40. Go whale watching and see an orca and a humpback in the wild – almost, our tour got canceled in NZ 🙁

  42. See the Golden Gate Bridge
  43. Visit Cuba! – DONE! January 2017
  44. Go on a cruise
  45. Visit Petra
  46. Float on the Dead SeaCuba Bucket List
  47. See the Northern Lights
  48. Tour Patagonia
  49. Swing at the End of the World – Banos, Ecuador
  50. Pet a cheetah or volunteer at the Cheetah Conservation Fund in Namibia
  51. Set foot on all 7 continents (6 down, 1 to go!)
  52. Travel out of state/country to go to a concert

Keep on checking back as I conquer things on my bucket list and continue to add. It’s a pretty big world out there!
